Justin Keller is a passionate personal trainer with a background in corrective exercise, strength training, and sports performance. Justin graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. He also excelled playing college baseball where he helped lead the Rams to win the NAIA Red River Conference Championship in 2010.
After graduation, he continued his education at Cooper Institute in Dallas where he became a certified personal trainer with an additional certification in Biomechanics. Justin began his fitness career at 24 Hour Fitness where he became a Master Trainer and expanded his nutritional knowledge by working for My Fit Foods. He also has experience as a Physical Therapy Technician and volunteer at Methodist Medical City Dallas in the Emergency Department.
When Justin is not helping clients crush their fitness goals, he enjoys hanging at Cedar Creek Lake with his chocolate lab Reese, cycling, and playing adult league baseball in the Dallas area.
Justin has now brought his extensive experience to Nue Fitness and is excited about what the future holds here.
